For families
You live in Graz. Your mother lives in Vienna.
The care is organised, the carer is friendly, and still there is that feeling. The brooch that is no longer in the drawer. The cash that runs out faster than it should. Or simply the question of whether everything was all right today.

What you see in the app
- A summary every evening. How many events there were, whether they all fell within care hours, whether a protected zone was involved. No videos.
- Alerts when something is unusual. No movement in the living room for hours. Someone at the front door at night. The hub without power. With a still image, so you can judge.
- The incident button. If something is missing, you report it, choose the period and receive the recordings as an evidence package.
- The log. Who opened what and when. Including you.
What you do not see
No live image, no recordings to browse, no faces, no audio. At first that sounds like less. It is the reason your parents, the carer and the law can all agree to it.
A guardian angel is not there to watch. It is there so that, when it matters, it is not one word against another.
How to raise the subject
With your parents
Start with safety, not suspicion. "If you fall and nobody is there, I will know straight away." Show them that the bedroom and bathroom stay free and that nobody watches. Many parents are relieved that their children can stop worrying. If your mother can no longer decide for herself, we clarify in advance who is authorised.
With the carer
Openly, before installation, with the information sheet in her language. Say what is true: the cameras protect her too. If something goes missing, she is not automatically the suspect; the recording shows what happened. Her room stays private, there is no audio, and she can ask at any time whether anyone opened recordings.
With the agency
Inform the placement agency. We give you a short letter explaining what is recorded and what is not. Most agencies value clear rules more than unspoken suspicion.

If something goes missing
- You report the incident in the app: what is missing, since when you noticed.
- You choose the period. Only that period is unsealed. The reason is logged.
- You see the events in the protected zones from that period.
- You download the evidence package: recordings, timestamps, checksums, log.
- The carer is informed about the unsealing.
With the evidence package you can go to the police or to a lawyer. It is built so that it is worth something there.
Checklist for the consultation
- Who lives in the flat, and when is the carer there?
- Where are valuables, documents and medication kept?
- Is there internet in the flat? If not, no problem.
- Who in the family should get the app?
- Can your parents consent themselves, or is there a power of attorney?
