Two packages, the same rules.
Both packages include consultation, installation, sealed storage in Austria, the app and ongoing operation. The difference is in the camera, the cabling and the enclosure of the hub.

The ongoing service
Monthly fee on request}
Included: sealed storage in Austria, the app, the daily summary, notifications, technical monitoring around the clock, updates, replacement of faulty equipment and a number where a person picks up.
The hub and cameras remain our responsibility. If something fails, we replace it.
What neither package includes
Live images, audio recording, face recognition and cameras in private rooms. Not as an option, not for an extra charge. Why is explained under Privacy and law.
Flat without internet?
No problem. The hub brings its own mobile connection. Your parents' flat needs neither Wi-Fi nor an internet contract.
How you get your quote
- A short call. We listen to what it is about and tell you whether Seniorenschutzengel fits.
- A visit to the flat. We plan the camera positions and talk to the carer.
- A written quote. With everything that belongs to it, no surprises.
