For families in Vienna, Lower Austria, Tyrol, Salzburg and Vorarlberg
A guardian angel does not watch. It watches over.
Discreet cameras for parents who are cared for at home. The recordings stay sealed and are only opened when something goes missing. Installed, operated and looked after from Vienna.

Our commitments
- Data stays in AustriaStored on SafeCloud, encrypted, never outside the EU.
- Sealed until there is an incidentNobody watches. Recordings open only when something is missing.
- No audio, no facesMicrophones stay off. No face recognition, ever.
- Deleted after 72 hoursEveryday recordings disappear on their own.
What a guardian angel does
Safety, protection and closeness. In that order.
The cameras are not there for suspicion. They are there so your parents can stay safely at home and you can sleep at night.
-
Safety
No movement in the living room for hours? Someone at the front door at night? You get a message with a still image, not a video.
-
Protection
If jewellery, cash or medication goes missing, you unseal that period, with a reason and a log. The recordings hold up with the police and a lawyer.
-
Closeness
A daily summary without images: who was there, when, and that everything is fine. For children who live far away.

Nobody is watching. And still, someone is there.
Sealed recordings, opened only when something is missing. How it works
Three cameras, one hub, one app. And very clear rules.
Consultation at your parents' home
We look at the flat, decide together where cameras go and where they do not, and talk to the carer.
Installed in one morning
Three white ceiling cameras in the hallway, living room and kitchen, cabled and hidden. Bedroom, bathroom and the carer's room stay free.
Sealed storage
Recordings go encrypted to servers in Austria. Everyday recordings are deleted after 72 hours, events in protected zones stay sealed.
If something happens
You report the incident in the app, choose the period and receive the recordings as a documented evidence package.
Fair to the carer
A guardian angel is also there for the people who care.
The carer knows where the cameras are and where they are not, receives an information sheet in her own language and can ask at any time who opened recordings and when. Sealed recordings protect an honest carer from false accusations just as they protect your parents from theft.
- No camera in the carer's room, the bathroom or the bedroom
- No audio, no live viewing, no face recognition
- A sign at the front door and an information sheet in DE, SK, RO and PL
- Every access is logged and can be reviewed

What it looks like
Hardly visible. And still there.
Your parents' flat stays a home. No equipment on the sideboard, no blinking lights, no cable on the floor.

The camera
White, flat, on the ceiling next to the cornice. No visible LEDs. After a week nobody notices it any more.

The hub
A compact device by the router that can stand visibly on a shelf or disappear into a cupboard. One cable, one point of light. On request we design an enclosure in oak or coated steel to suit the flat, as in this picture.
What you get
Everything from one provider, from the first call to daily operation.
Three ceiling cameras
White, flat, without visible LEDs. They belong to the ceiling, not the shelf.
The hub
A compact device, visible on a shelf or hidden in a cupboard. Everything technical lives inside it. Designed enclosure on request.
The family app
Daily summary, alerts when something is unusual, report an incident, download the evidence package.
Operation and service
We monitor whether the equipment works, never the images. Updates, replacements and a number where someone picks up.

Common questions
Is it legal in Austria to film a carer?
Under clear conditions: not in private areas, not to monitor work performance, with signage, with the carer informed and with short retention. That is exactly how Seniorenschutzengel is built. The details are on Privacy and law.
Can I watch my parents live?
No, and that is deliberate. The recordings are sealed. You receive alerts and a daily summary, but no live image. Recordings open only for a reported incident.
What if the carer unplugs the hub?
The hub has its own battery and uploads the last recordings immediately. A power cut or a disconnected camera is itself a sealed event, and you are notified.

Let's talk about your parents.
A conversation, no commitment. We listen, explain what is possible, and tell you honestly if a camera is not the right answer.
